Ordering

Orders may be placed in three ways.

1) VISA and MASTERCARD: We are now accepting Visa and Mastercard. Please note that the online shopping cart is currently PAYPAL only, if you wish to pay using Mastercard or Visa, simply call us at 804-938-1904 and we will be happy to process your order. You may email us (sales@aquaholicsinc.com) your order as well, however, please do not email any credit card numbers for your security, they need to be taken over the phone live.

2) PAYPAL Shopping cart: Simply use the automated Paypal shopping cart (for frag orders only).

3) PAYPAL non-shopping cart: This method applies when paying via Paypal but you have special requests or special pricing needs such as in the case frag packs are warranted. Simply contact us at 804-938-1904 or sales@aquaholicsinc.com and we will work with you, generate an invoice that can then be paid via Paypal.

Please note that we have a $99.00 minimum for orders excluding shipping.

Ordering In Virginia- Order Pickups

All sales in Virginia are subject to a 5% sales tax which will be added to your invoice. We do not have a retail location but would be happy to meet you in or around Richmond. Sorry, we cannot allow visitors to our facility. Obviously in these cases shipping charges are waived for local pick up. We do not accept personal checks.

Do you guys sell 2" frags, or frags with multiple branches?

All frags (unless noted) are 1"+. It can include multiple branches. We can sell you 2"+ frags but the frag would 2x the price, as the pieces we trade in are for the most part incredibly rare and are expensive to acquire and selling extra large frags represents a real opportunity loss.
